I actually made this with venison sausage, but considering the general population doesn’t keep that on hand…. I know it would work great with any smoked sausage.
Ingredients:
- 3lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2lb smoked sausage
- 8oz cream cheese
- 10.5 oz or homemade equivalent cream of celery soup
- 1tb ranch dressing mix
Method
- Combine potatoes and sausage in a crockpot. For quicker cooking, use cooked potatoes.
- Mix cream cheese, celery soup and ranch dressing together. Then pour in and mix with potatoes and sausage.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 2-4 hours. Of course if you use using cooked potatoes, cooking time will be the lowest time frame given for each temperature.
