Leftover Quinoa PB Balls

A tasty, chewy snack that is a great use for leftover quinoa!

Ingredients:

  • 1c cooked quinoa
  • 1/4c peanut butter
  • 2tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp blackstrap molasses
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

Combine the ingredients and form into balls the size of your liking.  Squeeze a bit of the mix in your hands to firm it up, then lightly roll between your hands to form a ball.

Chill in the fridge once they are made.  Enjoy!
