Ingredients:
- ½ batch Bread dough (make the whole batch, use half and freeze the other half for next time or make a double batch of garlic bread)
- 2tb salted butter, soft
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ c parmesan cheese
- ¼ c mozzarella
Method:
- Turn a cookie sheet upside down and place a piece of parchment paper on it, or a pizza stone.
- Mix butter, garlic and cheeses
- Roll out dough on the parchment paper.
- Cover dough with butter and cheese mixture.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes at 500F.
