Ingredients:
- 1tb ground mustard
- 2ts garlic powder
- 2ts salt
- 2ts black pepper
- 1ts paprika
- 1/2 ts thyme
- 1/2 ts cayenne
- 1ts onion powder
Method:
- Combine seasonings in an old seasoning jar.
- Let your meat come to room temperature.
- Pat dry, then sprinkle on seasonings to taste. Some like a light sprinkling of flavor, some like a lot so it almost becomes a crust once cooked.
- Grill or pan sear.
