Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/3c flour
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp balsamic vinevar
- 3tb ketchup
- 6 oz orange juice concentrate
- 4tb brown sugar
Method:
- Dredge chicken in flour. Brown chicken in a skillet coated with olive oil heated over medium high heat. Once browned, put chicken in the crockpot.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
